About Galaxy Disco

Galaxy Disco is a professional, registered and long established mobile disco company based in Bournville,
Birmingham, that has been providing entertainment in and around the West Midlands for more than 30 years. We are
a family business dedicated to ensuring your event is a great success with each and every booking as important to us, no matter how large or small. We have extensive knowledge and experience in providing professional mobile disco entertainment for ANY occasion.

Galaxy Disco is available for your event any day of the week 365 days a year for whatever hours you wish to choose. Once you have booked us, we are available by telephone or email between 9am and 8pm every day to speak to.

No matter how large or small your event or venue, it is no problem to us, we have an extensive amount of high performance professional sound and lighting equipment to suit all venue sizes to give the best possible sound and lighting effects without compromising the quality.

Most importantly, at your event we will play the music that you want to hear, taking any requests on board that you or your guests may have. We carry a wide spectrum of over 20,000 music tracks dating back from the 1950's to the present day charts covering all genres. We encourage people booking with Galaxy Disco to provide us with information prior to their event about specific music tastes and whether there are any types of music and particular tracks you may or may not want played. If you would like a custom made playlist of your favourite music we can do that for you.

At each event we carry both CD/MP3 players and a computerised DJ system all run through Apple. We always carry back up sound and lighting equipment at each booking in the unlikely event of any system failures.

When providing entertainment we always dress professionally for every event (this includes ties and jackets where appropriate). We do use a microphone at events but we do not overkill the microphone making silly announcements and making jokes…we are professional.

All of our equipment in portable appliance tested and adheres to all current health and safety regulations. Our PAT certificate is available upon request.

We have full public liability insurance up to the value of 2 million pounds and our certificate is available in hard copy or electronic copy upon request by you or you're booking venue. If you would like to meet us in person before the event, we are more than happy to meet with you at no extra charge. If you would like to correspond with us just via telephone and email we are also happy to do that too.

If you choose to book us for your event, it will be confirmed in writing to you either by post or email outlining all the event details and any specific requirements you have asked for. This is to form a contract between you the client and Galaxy Disco.

Please Note: We are not an agency, when you book with Galaxy Disco, you get Galaxy Disco! We do not sub contract bookings out to third parties or agencies.
